Booking & Rescheduling Policies

Deposit Requirement
•To confirm your appointment, a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your final service total.

Rescheduling Policy
•You are allowed one complimentary reschedule, as long as it is made at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment time.

If you need to reschedule more than once, your original appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date and time.

Late Rescheduling or Cancellations
•Rescheduling or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

I first started off in her studio because I was trying to find someone to do my eyebrows. Once I found out she did facials I automatically wanted to do them.
